Reconfigurement, written by E. Alan Fleischauer, is a book on preparing in advance. Alan has over 35 years of experience as a qualified financial planner and advisor. He discusses financial acumen and retirement planning in this book. He claimed that during the 1940s, the typical American's life expectancy had improved by 30 years. As a result, a pension plan that formerly worked is no longer as effective. He covered a ground-breaking method of retirement planning he called Reconfigurement in this well-researched and educational book. Many Americans need to be made aware of the frameworks and policies for financial planning that are accessible to them, as outlined by Alan. He covered a range of topics, including how to get the most out of various insurance types, investments, income, budgeting, and financial strategies.

A financial strategy was suggested by the author as a special compromise between the expected and actual. Each chapter of the book succinctly and motivationally described the steps to this objective. I appreciated the clear explanation of how to complete each step to get the best outcomes. I liked that this book covered more than simply financial planning. It also discussed personal growth. Personal growth to recognize, comprehend, and accommodate one's individuality I found several of the recommendations for personality tests to be helpful. It is, in my opinion, so nice and refreshing to read a book that makes you chuckle while supporting you in making arrangements for your retirement. The book is quite educational. The author proposes a way to go in terms of reconfiguration and speaks to everyone, not just young people.

I have nothing unfavorable to say about the book. The information offered spans a wide range, but I wish it had been written in a more universal manner without putting so much emphasis on America. Other than that, it was a fantastic book, and I enjoyed reading it. The author's argument was supported by the first-person accounts of other retirees, which also demonstrated how important the topic was. By reading this book, you can gain insight into life management from a person who genuinely knows what they are talking about.

I am rating this book, Reconfigurement, 5 out of 5 stars because it was well written and informative. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it; therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.

I recommend this book to those interested in topics like career evaluation, insurance policies, and retirement.
