E. Alan Fleischauer, a financial advisor for over 20 years, wrote the book The Reconfigurement to bridge the gap between reality and tradition. The book focuses on retirement planning. There are several components to reconfiguration. The first section discusses the plan. The second section is about income, which is the most important aspect of Reconfigurement.

The author used the book to encourage retirees and those planning to retire to plan ahead of time by working hard, saving hard, investing as much as they can, and then spending as little as possible. The book explains to readers how a retiree can figure out what their hobbies are so they don't get bored and miss out on any opportunities. E. Alan Fleischauer wrote Reconfigurement.

This book was thoroughly explained by E. Alan Fleischauer. Everything he said was supported by facts. While reading, I noticed a recess class in this book, and he even included a joke. I laughed at this. All of this contributed to the book's interest and avoidance of boredom. What I appreciated the most was the author's use of quotations. I was always excited for the next quote. While reading the book, I didn't notice any grammatical or punctuation errors. It was flawlessly edited.

Nothing about the book bothered me. It was entertaining, educational, humorous, and well-edited. The author made the book enjoyable to read. Even though the book was intended for adults, it was not dull.

This book gets five out of five stars from me. The author did an excellent job in writing this book.

This book is recommended for career working-class people planning for retirement, as well as people who are stuck on what career to pursue.
