Review of Give insomnia the finger
Hypnosis as a concept is something I just came to understand, though one way or another I have been hypnotized. What is the difference between consciousness and subconsciousness? Nothing is as satisfying as being able to control events within oneself and not be influenced by the decisions of others. Give insomnia the finger by Dr Feel Good is a realistic approach written by an experienced hypnotherapist. This book would be better appreciated when read in a relaxed mode.
A lot of people pay a huge sum of money to be hypnotized, and in the end, they don't get the results they were hoping for. This is a short 39-page read with four lessons that explain a few hypnotherapy processes. Hypnosis can take on different styles. In the context of the mode of communication used for hypnosis, a hypnotherapist needs to understand the one that best fits the client for a quick result. The author outlined three communication processes, which are in the book, and shockingly, he used all three together. It's all about being creative. The practical aspect of this book will surely amaze you.
Reading keeps exposing you to new things, and I come to realize almost every human feeling has already been studied. Insomnia is a disorder that a lot of people have battled with, especially adults. This book is a cure that could be more effective than some drugs. I always recommend self-help books to people who are affected, and a lot of them found a solution. I already have a few people who this book is going to help. I commend the author so much for having documented these expensive lessons in book format. It was a concise read without any errors, which indicates that the book was well-edited. The writing style was amazing. Everyone would find it easy to read this book. The title of this book caused a pause, which was one reason why I read it.
I appreciate the editing and choice of cover design for this book. However, the book was written in bolded words, which I didn't so much like but was okay with, but in Lesson 4, the bolded writing style wasn't maintained and it wasn't attractive. This was the only flaw I noticed in this book. This book deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars rating.
I strongly recommend this book to insomnia patients and lovers of nonfiction books. This book is so realistic only when the lessons taught are lucidly followed and applied.
