Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang is a nonfiction novel that provides useful tools and information for investors and commercial property owners. The early chapter of this book begins with the story of Tobi Johns and Carol, two couples who made the wrong investment in a land property due to inadequate knowledge. As the novel progressed, it told the story of Tobi Johns and his encounter with Frank Tennyson, a small business owner who was willing to learn from Chris Lang's workshop on how to earn a steady cash flow from his commercial property. In the book, Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang, various topics were introduced to make commercial properties easy, like the 9-Step Investment Formula and the Hi-Filter Return App to help compare properties before making any decisions about purchasing the property. Grab a copy of Chris Lang's novel, Commercial Property Made Easy, to learn more.

What I loved most about this book was the author's writing style; he made the novel humorous and, at the same time, educational by telling the story of Tobi Johns and his wife Carol. He was able to pass along a lot of useful information about commercial properties. An important point I noted in this novel was the point at which the investor makes his profit. The novel describes that the cash inflow is not made when a property is sold but when a commercial property is bought, and also during the waiting process when the value of the property increases. I like how questions and answers are offered at the end of each chapter of this novel; the author employed this to monitor readers' progress and to ensure that he/she understands the secret of commercial property.

There is nothing that I disliked about this novel; I found it to be captivating, interesting, educational, and fun to read. It was not tedious at any point in my reading process, although I found the most grammatical errors at the end of this book.

I would wholeheartedly give this novel a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because I enjoyed reading it and because it is a useful tool for investors considering the purchase of a commercial property. I would also state that this novel has been professionally edited because of the list of errors I found in my reading process.

Furthermore, I would recommend this novel to commercial property investors, small business owners, and individuals who intend to know more about commercial property for their interests.

Though I enjoyed reading your review, I am a bit skeptical about reading the book because I doubt if some of the information is applicable outside the United States.
