E. Alan Fleischauer's book Reconfigurement teaches readers about financial planning while also providing information. Because people are living longer lives than ever before, he reoriented the financial services industry in terms of managing funds in retirement, addressing the long-used retirement approach as an inadequate method of planning for old age. Other factors, he emphasized, must be considered in order to have a solid financial strategy for retirement.

E. Alan Fleischauer, as stated, conducted extensive research for this book. There were numerous research findings provided to back up the statements and information. The data display was visually appealing and pictorial. As examples, a few brief true stories were provided. My favorite chapter of Reconfigurement was the third. It was all about finding the right job for our personalities. Some websites and information that offer an identity assessment service were recommended in this chapter to help readers create a list of intriguing professions that match their identity type. It was fascinating that the author took all of the tests from the websites he recommended and included a brief summary of each in this book.

Reading this book was both entertaining and quite educational. By suggesting a time for individual investigation, the author gave room for reflection and discovery. There was never a dull moment because to his use of stories to better illustrate his arguments, which made book easier for readers to understand so many of the ideas. I particularly admire the author's ability to make sure that each acronym is followed by its meaning.

Nothing about Reconfigurement offended me. Editing was done expertly. I didn't find any flaws or typographical mistakes while reading. This book received a the four out of four starsthe rating and a five out of five star rating from me becauseb it amused and informed me. My ranking of the book is supported by the favorable features I mentioned in the previous paragraphs.

I advise everyone looking to prepare for retirement to read this book. Naturally, no one else would read this.
