Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a non-fiction book that proposes an adoptable reconfigurement retirement-financial plan. Lately, people in the United States of America live more years longer than in the past few years. The need to prepare for their retirement age is essential and a paramount consideration to make. On the same account, the author makes a clarion call for middle-aged people to choose a better way to approach this age. While on the track to accumulate wealth, the author advises the readers to seek employment opportunities, have investments, and manage the capital at hand. In the subsequent sections, the author highlights social protection programs and health insurance plans available. Extensively he diminishes the propaganda speculated about these insurances. Again, he spells out the eligibility and requirements to fit into these programs.

It is an insightful and influential book to read. Having served long enough in the financial and banking sector, the author uses his expertise and experience to influence and advise the readers to choose a reconfigurement financial plan. Again, the book is educational. It equips the readers with knowledge about where to start, how to plan, and the appropriate goals to set when making considerations in investments and determining the nature of the business involved. Moreover, the book is resourceful, and the strategies provided are practical, applicable, and relevant since they revolve around economic progress. Once more, the concepts and contents are powerfully presented, well-expounded, easy to follow, and tailored to the title, Reconfigurement. Furthermore, the author does not limit the readers to the only strategies presented but refers them to other resourceful and educative books centered on these subjects. For instance, a book by Wade Pfau, Retirement Planning Guidebook.

The ideal reader for this book is the middle-aged group. However, matters on investment, life insurance plans, and retirement plans cut across all age groups. The author should have challenged young adults and youths to chip in into these affairs before they are too late and overwhelmed by adulthood responsibilities.

I rate this book five out of five stars. The book's editing is exceptional. Additionally, the book is timely, mind-opening, and rich in ideas to incorporate into the journey of accumulating wealth in preparation for the recent future.

I recommend this book to any adult and mature youths anticipating a smooth life in the days to come. The book revolves around wealth management, social protection plans, and life insurance, meant to make life more bearable and promising.
