The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a positive and engaging read that delves into the topic of planning your lifestyle for retirement. The author's writing style is easy to follow. This book is a short financial planning guide, especially for people in America.

One of the strengths of this book is its in-depth research and E. Alan Fleischauer has justified his experience of being a financial advisor. The author does an excellent job of providing information on the topic at hand by filling the gap, whether you're starting a job or making plans for your post-retirement lifestyle.

The entire book summarizes how to live a contented and relatively prosperous life according to modern standards. Discusses about investment planning, ideal strategy to increase your overall wealth's flexibility even though it doesn't yield immediate effects, the phases of assessment, development, and execution. All the topics that one may ignore while making a financial decision our covered in this book, making Reconfigurement a precise guideline and instructions planned for actual use.

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars for the emphasis of 401(k)s, social security, and investments, the topics often neglected and realized too late. However, the book has few errors which leads to losing one star.

Overall, I would recommend this book to people who are in their early career period and open to people in any stage of life, who are interested in reconfiguring their life.
