Do you have a burning desire to change the person you are? Are you struggling with destructive habits in your life? If yes, then I bring forth some good news. In Seeking… Finding… Healing… by Becky Lu Jackson, the author clearly describes her struggles with addiction and the various tools she used to come out as a winner against her battles. Her inner journey of healing makes this book a must-read for everyone who is seeking a guide to their inner healing.

The author shares her past life traumas, addiction, and the various methods she used to break free. Becky finds a way of changing her life by tapping into her "inner child" and having countless conversations with her younger self and future self where she later comes to find healing, self-love, and peace. The author also gives a detailed framework and the various tools such as meditation, and word-for-word visualization that she used to become the change she wanted to see in her. Please consider reading this book to have a better understanding of the healing journey.

As I was reading the book, I came across several positive aspects that caught my eye. The book is written in an easy, clear, and exhaustive manner. The fact that the book itself is written in a personal, engaging way makes the book so relatable and a source of inspiration. I also admire the fact that the author incorporated how other people used the same concepts she discussed and how they benefited from the inner family work.

The book is comprehensive and covers a variety of topics that the author herself experienced and the various phases of the experiences. The whole idea of writing her own story cuts off the philosophical idea and brings out the practicality of her ideas and framework. I also admire the author's idea of despite the struggles you go through you are never alone rather you are an inner team.

Honestly speaking I did not find any negative aspect in this book as the book is well laid out in a step-by-step method which makes it so easy to follow through and have a better understanding of what the author intended to deliver.

As a result, I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars because of the above reasons. The book is professionally edited and there are no grammatical errors whatsoever.

Finally, I would recommend anyone with an insatiable desire to become a better person to read this book. Moreover, people who are ready to embark on a journey of self-acceptance, inner healing, and achieving greater levels of peace within themselves to consider this book too. It is such a fascinating read!
