I agree with you. We frequently undervalue the significance of our breath and that is why we can't praise the giver of the breath. Good job.

We never stop learning and this is a book that gives us that understanding of learning about breathing techniques that we didn't know about.

I am so glad I stumbled across this review! I am on a journey of natural healing and understanding what it is our body wants from us. Breathing should be such a natural thing yet we struggle to do it properly and reap the benefits of a relaxed mind. If our mind is relaxed then our body will follow. I am looking forward to reading this book.

A book on meditation and yoga is well interesting though I wonder why the title "inner child healing with your breath" . Thanks for this review.
