This book's title, Reconfigurement best fits it. To reconfigure some thing is to arrange it newly and differently, that's why I strongly think the title best fits it.

E. Alan Fleishchauer who is the author of this book figured out that a huge number of American citizens have to work past the long term retirement age, following that he then decided he would spend his winter months studying for the retirement pay proficiency assignment and give everyone a "guidebook" to reconfigure their lives and get to the retirement age and retire safely with not just sufficient knowledge but also funds.

This book has 13 chapters, and every chapter is designed to clarify the various ways to reconfigure your life. This book contains uncountable plans beginning from; monetary plans, life security and insurance, vacation plans, growth strategies, health care coverage and perhaps the most important one retirement plans.

Here, Mr. Fleishchauer has made alot sense of every chapter of this book, mainly in the financial preparation, and he does not beat around the bush in explaining that, he is extremely on point and in a clear fashion. I had actually forgotten about pensions, did you? I love how Mr. Fleishchauer brought this up by saying that 70% of American citizens have access to 401(k) but sadly only 32% of this actually put money into their 401(k) with is just alarming. In fact pensions have been replaced by 401(k). Mr. Fleishchauer says configurement is possible at any age especially given the wisdom that comes with age, but it still is easier for a 40 or 50 year old to have a switch of career compared to a 60 or 70 or 80 year old.

Among the things I love about this book is not just the fine tone Mr. Fleishchauer uses in this book, but also the jokes that he has added. I didn't know that the aging process can be slowed down! The life span of the average American has also increased and thus posing the question what to do with the extra years.

I would also like to congratulate the editors of this book for their exceptional work, I didn't see any mistake in it. I rate this book, 4 out of 4.

Without doubt I recommend this book to readers between 40 and 50 years inaccordance to what Mr. Fleishchauer says, they are in a better position to reconfigure their lives and also anyone who is planning on retiring soon. I rate this book 5 out of 5.
