Golf is frequently labelled as a sport that only the wealthy enjoy. Some people don't even view golf as a sport. Golf is still surrounded by awe, though. Many people are interested in learning and mastering this sport. This book is for you if you fall into such a category. As you read it, it is made to help you get better. Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book by Kalliope Barlis is a handbook designed such that you can keep it in your golf bag. This book will serve as a constant reminder of what to concentrate on while practising the game, what to concentrate on while playing it, what to concentrate on before you begin, and how to train your brain to obtain better results more quickly so that you may keep getting better while playing.

This book is a very short read. The secrets of being a great golfer are covered in this handbook, and not the mechanics. With the help of this manual, a golfer's mind will be transformed into an animated tool for improving his or her game. According to the author, thinking more clearly will improve your golf game. You get better more quickly when you put the knowledge you acquire to use.

This book's first section comprises exercises that would help you use your intellect as efficiently as possible, shot per shot. According to the author, they will help you become used to feeling good about how well you perform. The workouts improve your ability to think. What I liked the most about the book were these exercises. I can't say certainly how much they would assist because I don't play golf. However, they appeared sensible and helpful.

There was nothing that I disliked about the book. The author has also provided some illustrations explaining correct techniques and postures. These would help golfer analyse their game. I liked the idea of using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to animate golf. I believe this is a revolutionary technique and can be applied to other sports as well.

The book is professionally edited. I did not come across any grammatical errors. I gladly rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. Barlis suggests that readers read this handbook every day for 21 days. I recommend this book to amateur as well as pro golf players. As the author suggests, reading this book every day will accurately train the mind to adapt to the techniques of the book. People who play other sports might also find the NLP techniques useful.
