Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead, written by E. Alan Fleischauer In his book, he discusses the benefits of financial planning and how it may have a massive effect on our lives. Planning is an essential element to take into account when restructuring our financial lives. The author explains the value of financial planning and provides examples for a clearer understanding. He also brings up career appraisal, a critical topic while seeking to reconfigure. Because most people don't enjoy their employment, it's important. Insurance serves as the cornerstone of a retirement plan, so we also gain knowledge about life insurance and other types of insurance. This and many other topics, such as health insurance, the requirement for long-term care, are covered by the author.

The author's storytelling ability and writing style were straightforward and quite colloquial, making it easy for the reader to absorb and internalize. He added jokes to make the book less dull and more entertaining. I like how the author suggests that you can change your life for the better, from the worst to the best, at any point. The statistics he provided regarding financial planning are another aspect of the book that I admire. The reader can benefit from the references he provided in future studies and research because they are real and reliable. Even more, he gave us a ton of websites and apps while expressing his perspective on each one. He even gave book recommendations on the subject of working from home.

The book was well-written and informative to read; nothing about it troubled me. Despite the potentially terrifying topic, the language was really engaging. It was lighthearted and friendly, yet direct. The author's argument was supported by the first-person accounts of other retirees, which also demonstrated how important the topic was. By reading this book, you can gain insight into life management. The author had a brilliant and instructional idea to compile educational material into one book. It was impressive how the author used actual life situations to illustrate retirement planning concepts.

I am rating this book, Reconfigurement: Reconfiguring Your Life at Any Stage and Planning Ahead, 5 out of 5 stars because it was captivating and easy to read. There were no grammatical errors or mistakes in it. Therefore, it was exceptionally well edited.

I would recommend this book to business consultants and counselors, financial students, and everyone working and considering retirement.
