Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, an award-winning poet and a multi-award-winning author, is a unique book. The book centers on inspiring and preparing the mind of people toward making a progressive plan that will usher them into the next phase of their lives. The book is a non-fiction book by a financial advisor with a wide knowledge of management. The author did an amazing book, and I appreciate him for putting pen to paper to give readers this wonderful piece.

Many people usually don't like the topic of income, investment, and budgeting. Still, with his broad expanse of knowledge in the management field and as an owner of a financial advisory firm, the author explicitly discussed the issue of income and budgeting. According to the author, it is better to shun spending on things that are not important to you as an individual and also cultivate a saving habit that will save you on rainy days. Other topics, which include insurance, investment, and the various choices of investment, were also stated in the book. The author also discussed the issue of retirement in the book. The different retirement plans one can venture into both as an individual and as a couple was analyzed in the book, and Alan Fleischauer gave readers an idea of the pros and cons involved in each investment plan.

There are a few things that I like most in the book. One of these is chapter 7, where the author talks about investment. The author stated the various investment choices, including mutual funds, bonds, treasury bills, etc. This part of the book inspired me.

The book is colorful, and the author poured out his knowledge into the book to educate readers. One of the book's positive aspects is the author's writing skills. Also, as someone in the management field and knowing that people can react differently to the book, Alan Fleischauer introduced jokes and stories to make it more friendly. The book is well organized and free of cryptic words for easy understanding.

There is nothing I least liked in the book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer. The author exceptionally well edited the book. There is no negative aspect of the book.

The book is unique. I enjoyed reading the book, and I happily rate the book a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. According to a unique description of the book, it is ideal for people between the ages of 40-50. I recommend the book not just to the age range stated but also to the younger people starting from age 18. the book is informative and also educative.
