Have you ever had someone you looked up to? Have you ever desired something so badly that you would give up everything to obtain it? A Dream For Peace by Dr. Ghoulem Berrah is a memoir that takes readers on a journey. The book begins with the author introducing us to his family. He is from a polygamous family and is the last child from his mother's womb. His dad died when he was young, and his elder brother took up the responsibility as the head of the family.

He grew up in a friendly neighborhood where everyone knew each other. His mother loved education and prioritized it above all else. The author talks about his journey to medical school, how he survived, and how he became an activist. He also speaks about his experience in prison and how he managed to survive. How did he become such a respectable figure in Algeria? To find out, grab a copy.

I really enjoyed reading about his life experiences. His struggle motivates me to do better for myself every day. I like that he used his knowledge to empower and fight for his people. Some other people in his shoes left the country and never returned, but he came back to fight for his people's freedom. I admire that about him. I admire his commitment; an example is when he didn't give up on activism after he was freed from prison.

The author is an open-minded person, which made the book interesting to read. Although he is a Muslim, he has no problem working with people who practice other religions. His behavior stood out to me because many religious people I know look down on other people's religions.

I enjoyed reading about his relationship with his mother. She loved him so much and did all she could to ensure he had a good life. I believe that he wouldn't be where he is today without her. He is successful because he follows everything she taught him as a child. I also liked his relationship with his wife. He treated her with love and care despite her illness.

I found no dislikes about the book. The title is fitting, as it describes the book well. I found no errors in the book, which indicates it was well-edited. I happily give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to those who work for the government. It inspires people to be patriotic.

A well written review. However, I didn't like the negative aspects. They weren't projected in a good way. I still like this review and would recommend to all. Congratulations on a job well done.
