It will be a huge failure on my part if I fail to emphasize the impact of this book in our present time. So many young people live their lives as if the world will end in a single day. They live extravagantly in the present, ignoring one of the most important stages of life that comes with aging. Before they are drawn back to reality, it is almost too late. They end up with no savings or investments, thereby making life after retirement so depressing for themselves. Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a book that would definitely reconfigure the mind of any reader and set them up for lifelong financial freedom.

Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a life-changing and insightful nonfiction book. This book takes you on a step-by-step process to plan for your future in order to live a fulfilled life upon retirement. The author explored some key concepts that are critical to reconfiguring your life. Examples include assessments, income, insurance, social security, and more. Some pages of this book discuss investment. The author provided readers with many investment options and also explained the risks involved, the pros and cons of index funds, and more. This is just a tip of what this book has to offer. Read this book to know more.

This is one of those books that one has to keep going back to for financial guidance. I will say that every minute I spent reading this book was worthwhile. I have read a few books of this kind from people who lacked basic knowledge on issues regarding finance. I love the fact that the author of this book is an expert in this field and has been a financial advisor for a number of years. The author did a good job of quoting well-researched statistics and references as he wrote this book. This made most of the content in this book seem very authentic to me. Another amazing thing about this book was how the author gracefully combined acronyms, figures, and some financial terms in a way that even a below-average reader would flow with the content of this book.

The only issue I had with this book was with the organization. The table of contents was not well developed and arranged. The chapters had no titles, and that caused a bit of a challenge as I read through this book. The editors did well with this edition of the book. This book was well edited, as I could not spot any errors in it.

The issue I had with this book had very little effect as compared to the impact and pleasure I had while reading. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to all lovers of non-fiction books.
