Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a self-help book specifically for retired people; this book will help and guide you to having a good retirement plan. Firstly the book discusses the sad reality that retirement money won’t be enough if you don't have a plan, especially with things getting more expensive every year – you need a vocation, something you love to do that can make you money even after you retire. The book talks about the importance of planning ahead while you can, it also provides excellent strategies and scenarios for managing income by simply having budget, and assisting with types of insurance policies and investment plans one can benefit from.

Even though the book is specifically for retired people, it can also be of great help to anyone. Especially someone who’s about to start a permanent job because, the book helps you plan ahead by making aware of how retirement funds work and how to benefit from them. The book also contains a career evaluation exercises that will help you understand what you’re truly good at, by identifying your strong and weak points. When you understand yourself better, choosing a vocation gets easier, and this book will provide you with tools needed to invest in yourself and create a retirement plan that works for you without having to worry about money to sustain you.

I love that the book is fun to read; it flows like a fictional novel with each chapter blending in with the previous one. The book is filled with important information, but the author managed to cover every point while telling a story. I also like that author recommends books from other authors that corresponds with retirement planning.

There’s nothing I dislike about this book; the way it was written it was excellent and fun to read. I believe it was professionally edited because I found no spelling errors or typos that. I have to say I enjoyed that each chapter ends with a joke which I found very hilarious.

I rate this book a perfect 5 out of 5 stars; I’d say because this book is the best self-help I've read so far, the author did an excellent job making this book interesting to read. There's nothing I’d take way from this great self help book.

I recommend this book to retired people but it is also suitable for anyone who wants to have a great retirement plan that’s stress free and will allow you to do anything you want without a financial problem.
