The book Detox Yoga by Suwanree Amesbutr Vella is an educational manual on the importance of natural body detoxification through yoga. The book reveals the benefits of yoga's physical, emotional, and spiritual practice. Efficient body detoxification enhances good health and protects the body from internal diseases. Some terrible foods and how they affect the body's systems were identified. Additionally, Suwanree spoke of a daily practice that, along with yoga, improves the metabolism and helps the body detoxify better in the book. The author concluded the book by answering many frequently asked questions about yoga. You will learn the yoga practice position as you read the book.

I am not a yoga practitioner, but reading this book has opened my eyes to a different view of what a yoga class is genuinely all about. The author provides a comprehensive definition of terms like detoxification, the possible symptoms of an unhealthy gut, and different shades of poop with their interpretation. Most of the author's statements are supported by concrete evidence, either factual quotes from journals or validated data. The book is also educational and enlightening. I appreciate the author not beating around the bush; it is straight to the point in driving home all the facts. I like how the author gave a pictorial representation of the positions mentioned. However, following through on the graphic pictures of the practical aspects may take time, but it gives the reader an idea of what is being discussed.

The book's sectionalization is another thing I like about it. It consists of 143 pages with nine divisions of subtopics. The first division is an introduction session, which starts the process. The following division practicalizes the practice of yoga with pictorial representations. I must commend the author, as the work is easy to read, understand, and follow. As represented by the author, the readers can follow the detox flow to improve their detoxifying organs. Another exciting part of the book is the four breathing techniques stated by the author. Even though it is challenging to practice, it is helpful as long as I use some methods. The last is the detox yoga workbook that one can use to track the improvement and effectiveness of the practice.

The author did a great job putting this work together, and I have nothing to dislike about it. The book was exceptionally well-edited, as I found no errors in it. This work deserves a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

I strongly recommend the book to everyone interested in their health, as many require both physical and emotional fitness. I likewise prescribe this book for medical practitioners and physiotherapists.
