Does your baby have trouble falling or staying asleep, and you keep asking yourself what you may be doing wrong? Sometimes you may feel justified since babies don't come with a manual, or do they? Talking to fellow parents may prove futile, or maybe it's just that their tricks don't work on your child. This may leave you frustrated and exhausted. This is why Michael J Reid wrote the book Sleeping Through the Night: Master of Slumber.

Sleeping Through the Night: Master of Slumber details the general and scientific methods to help your baby sleep better. Michael J Reid is a single father. He has provided ways that have been tested and worked on his son. This is after trying to use methods from other parents. Some did not work. He has modified some of those that he discovered from different sources to meet his child's needs. He explains why you need the book, how to help your baby sleep, unhealthy sleeping conditions, and many other things about your baby. He also explains why sleeping is essential and the sleep patterns at different stages of the baby's growth. There's a quick hack or tip at the end of every chapter. Furthermore, he mentions that this book should not be read in one sitting but used as a manual.

There are no dull moments while reading this book. Michael reveals many facts about babies that I did not know. He meticulously explains every aspect. I found it easier to go through the book since it is divided into small sections. He delves deeper into the little things that many parents are not taught. This is immensely helpful since it's the small things that cause dilemmas. He explains different ways to train your baby and what to use. I found this book helpful compared to other books I've read on sleep training.

Despite the numerous positive aspects, I noted a few minor negative aspects. First, some titles are written in the same font as the body. This makes it hard to differentiate since the book should be used as a manual. This did not, however, affect my reading, but I'm concerned it may affect others. Second, I noticed that the author tried his best to explain the jargon in the book. I, however, observed that some were not well explained while others were not explained at all. I had to occasionally stop reading and look up the meaning of these terms. These negative aspects should be corrected to ensure the smooth flow of the book.

Overall, this book is fun, educational, and inspirational. The book was professionally edited. I only came across minor errors. I rate Sleeping Through the Night: Master of Slumber 4 out of 5 stars. I have deducted a star due to the negative aspects I've mentioned. This book doesn't deserve a lower rating than I've given it because of the educational content. The advice in the book has also been put to the test by the author, making it reliable.

I recommend this book to all parents concerned about their babies' health. This will teach them a lot of things about their babies. Anyone interested in learning more about babies will get a lot from this book. Learning never stops, and this book is a good source of information.

This book is very handful and helpful to parents, though I'm not one yet. I'll make sure to safe keep this manual for future use. Most new parents rack their brains in finding and using different techniques to make and help their baby fall asleep. This book has all it takes. Thanks for your review.

The book sounds like a useful resource for parents struggling to help their baby sleep better. Reid's personal experience as a single father, trying and modifying different sleep methods to suit his child's needs, adds credibility to the book's content. The book covers a range of topics related to baby sleep, including the importance of sleep, unhealthy sleeping conditions, and sleep patterns at different stages of growth, which can help parents understand their baby's sleep needs better. The inclusion of tips and hacks at the end of each chapter is a helpful feature, but the author's suggestion that the book be used as a manual rather than read in one sitting suggests that the book may be dense or comprehensive. Overall, it seems like a valuable resource for parents looking to improve their baby's sleep. Thank you for a great review 👍

It's a good and informative book. However, in contrast, it is very light. The only reason the author advises that it should be used as a manual is that this is a process. You have to tread carefully and it's not a thing that happens overnight. Although they are simple processes, every child's respondence to them is different.
