Planning is the focal point of this book, along with the observation that very few people do it or even think about it. Most people work jobs they loathe and spend days doing them. Although E. Alan Fleischauer's incredible and exhaustive research for this book was mostly centered on the United States, it is undoubtedly applicable to any other nation in this world. This book offers valuable insight and guidance on several topics. So how do you make plans? There are numerous ideas, but they never give a piece of well-detailed information. The value of this book lies in that area. The book Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer explores the idea of financial planning for the future. This implies, among other things, that you shouldn't leave a job just because you detest it without considering your alternative options. In this interesting book, using both the left and right brains is the real solution.

Most people will keep working past the customary retirement age due to financial restrictions. One needs to plan because of this. This book details exactly how you could plan and what choices to take into consideration. Also, this book provides a range of career evaluations to help you discover the careers that are best suited for you. The author provided a few exercises on how to conduct assessments on your own and how you could analyze the results throughout the book. I was captivated by these special details and how friendly the author’s writing style is. His keenness for this book and the topics it covered was explicit.

Even though this book is a serious one with lots of financial advice, each chapter included jokes and stories to keep the mood light and make the content easier to understand. This book is filled with inspiring and motivating justifications for adhering to the suggested practices. Your job, disability insurance, income protection, health insurance, life insurance, investment, retirement and retirement planning, estates and wills, social security, and a wide range of other subjects were covered in the discussions. All the aforementioned subjects discussed are part of reconfiguring your life so you can plan, feel less stressed, and enjoy the time you have left before retirement.

A concise, subject-specific, thirteen-chapter book consolidates all of this. These chapters also included references to literature on part-time work and working from home, as well as chapters on budgeting and taxes. There was nothing in this book that I didn’t like, as it made me aware of several topics I hadn't even thought about. I'm among those who realize they should begin making preparations for the future, but their financial situation simply won't allow it. I also found free money in the budgeting section of the book. Free money does exist, and this book is replete with other mind-blowing details.

This book has outstanding editing, as I found no errors in it. I had a lot of fun reading it, so I rate it five out of five stars. This book is highly informative and gives you detailed directions on how to rearrange your life, as well as many motivating reasons why you should do it right away. Although this book covers a wide range of topics, you might not be aware of the level of depth presented, the extensive research carried out, or the alternatives available to you that are explained in the book. I suggest reading this book to anyone with potential talents and people who wish to better their lives. This book can change the lives of people by emphasizing the importance of planning.
