The book, In it All Together by Eckhart Aurelius Hughes is about defining the real you. To summarize I would say that the author is trying to get normal everyday people to define themselves in order to destroy treating others like we, ourselves want to be treated. Because history shows that that is actually bad. So when we define our truest self we then can have the compassion towards others.

The positive aspects of the book, is that it is single handedly trying to right the world of selfishness. It's trying to make the world a better place by bringing real issues that unite all of us to the forefront of our conversations with ourselves and with one another. If everyone read this book there would be less conflict. There would be less arguments and therefore the world would be a better place.

This book was so good, I can't find any negative aspect, at all. Not even a slight grammar mistake or two. Not even, an occasional missing coma. There is nothing wrong, not even a sentence that may need grammatical editing, because it is the author's quirky style of writing.

I rate this book to be a four out of four stars and five out of five stars. I give it that rating because it pulls you in and constantly holds your attention. There is non-borderline profanity. The first mention is page 38, line 15, "Hell's kitchen". It is slightly religious and slightly political. There is no erotic content to speak of unless you count the mentions of sexual assault. It's not what the book is about and is only there for emphasis sake.

I recommend that everyone buy this book that is over the age of 18. This book is very versatile and can be used from substance abuse counseling, suicide prevention counseling, and marriage counseling. And every type of counseling in between the ones I mentioned. This is a feel good book, that takes you outside your self in order to empathize with others. It's a good read for anytime of year, any religion, and occasion.
