Survivors: True stories of children who survived the Holocau

This bookmakes me think and rethink as to how we as humans can live in the worst condition scenario. How could children the most innocent of all be put to such miserable and heart wrenching ordeals. This book also teaches me and surely everyone who reads it that whatever we have undergone in our personal lives and think them to be the most tough times is petty when compared to what these children have gone through the holocaust. Severed from home and family each child survived and emerged victorious against Adolf Hitler.
It is a book that should be read not to sympathize and feel sorry for these children who suffered pain during the Nazi rule but to be read as a guide which can help us overcome any problems, trying times, ordeals with immense courage, hope and conviction.
