Wisdom Of The Men by Clint Arthur is an insightful, enlightening book, unlike anything I’ve read. It follows the author’s life and recounts the various personal and professional experiences he's had with some of the most powerful people in the world. Clint Arthur is a man who was formerly employed as a taxi driver, but this was while he was running after a Hollywood dream that wasn’t working out. But more recently, his various occupations as an author, speaker, coach and expert are enabling him to earn revenue in the millions.

The book is built on the promise of the author to tell us the secrets behind how he went from being a taxi driver to working with highly famed people. His motivation is to show us how to achieve this too. The table of contents instantly captures our attention, featuring names of celebrities like George Clooney and Robert Downey Jr. to George HW Bush and Joe Biden. As readers, our curiosity is piqued to see how the author encountered and interacted with these people. Will Clint Arthur live up to his promise to show us how we too can mirror his success?

There is a lot to like about this book. Clint has led a wonderful, exciting life, and it is a blessing to be able to read his engaging and riveting stories. It is not only inspirational but also fascinating to hear answers from famous people about the vital things they’ve learned in life. Clint has laid bare his life story, successes and challenges alike, just so we can glean wisdom from it. Throughout the book, you could feel the gravity of the author’s experience and wisdom behind every story he recounts or advice he imparts. It doesn’t feel artificial. Instead, it feels like something he has earned the right to say through his perseverance. This in itself is a form of motivation for the reader. Moreover, he hides nothing from us - he is willing to tell us everything as he sees it, without any shyness. It’s a level of honesty most people do not operate on. It is exhilarating to read these personal and raw stories.

To be honest, I cannot think of anything to fault with this book. Clint Arthur excels in fulfilling exactly what he set out to do, which is to write a book that offers solutions to everyone irrespective of their circumstance. I truly believe he has done that as there is a plethora of knowledge to be found here. From showing us that fear is an indicator that we are on the right path, to opening our eyes to the importance of quality company, the advice in this book is something that will surely be appreciated for generations to come.

I would give this book 5 out of 5 stars. It has amazing stories and is packed with actual, helpful advice. I found only one error while reading. I would recommend it to people who are not so confident and need the sagacity to guide them, but also to everyone looking to refresh their mindset to be more positive.
