Review of Always Strive to Be a Better You
Motivation comes out quite strongly in Always Strive to Be a Better You with the author Pete Hall aiming to help a reader make their ordinary lives extraordinary and full of physical satisfaction. The book encompasses an array of self test activities as well as reflection points. The author was also considerate enough to tag a long list of professionals who helped in portraying the success of the methods provided within the book. It has been divided into four major tiers, namely, know thyself, work for love, let your light shine, and rule the day. Each of the four tiers has its own subtopics.
The book is quite a transformation for me. It emphasizes the point of taking control of one's life regardless of the circumstances to which we are predisposed at birth. The book has been meticulously organized and exceptionally edited in that regard. The author has made a successful attempt at retaining his audience throughout with interviews from renowned individuals who have applied the same formulas and managed to maneuver successfully. The book uses a down to earth approach that encompasses all kinds of situations. Its important to note that regardless of the background, ones future is splendid but only if we take action.
The book is well laid out in chapters, and the conversations keep the reader afloat all through the book. He has also shared his own personal situations and circumstances, enabling authenticity throughout the whole process. The author emphasizes overall happiness since this can guarantee the rest of the things we want in this life. Rhetorics stop a reader in their tracks and enable them to think critically about their conditions. The book has a kind of outline with point notes that put emphasis on various important statements in the book as one reads.
The book provides links that enable a reader who seeks to take things a notch further to do so. The book clearly places an individual at the center of their own progress or demise, given they have everything at their disposal. I found nothing to dislike about this masterpiece and highly advocate for it to alleviate human suffering.
5 out of 5 stars would partly appreciate the book for the abundance of knowledge it has and delivers to the reader. Its exceptional editing stands out as well hence the rating. I would recommend the book to young people, as this can enable them to contemplate how they would like their lives to be and to learn that if they take action, the rest will be history, regardless of their predisposed conditions
