The Fight for Sleep is a book written to make sure you win in the battle for more hours of Sleep and a well-rested mind and healthy body for the start of a brand-new day, it is a wonderfully written book that highlights the advantages of sleep, it also tries to identify the type of insomnia the reader is going through, and give possible solutions.
It is written to be the final consult a patient suffering from insomnia and one of the major illnesses associated with sleep, it is a very detailed and easy-to-understand book with practical examples and roadmaps, the book has a very interactive layout to it that will make the readers feel as though they are in fact in consultation with a doctor and give reasons to questions.
Do you have insomnia? Or are you suffering from another sleep-related ailment, this book would answer these questions by first trying to make the reader find out what is the specific ailment they are suffering.
I read this book to find a way to cure my sleeping problem and did I find the answer? well, I hope so because most of the treatments are gradual processes that do take a while for the result to be acknowledged, but I do think I now have a basic knowledge of what had caused my sleeping disorder and treatments I can start for betterment on my insomnia.
According to an online article, it is assumed that over 10% of the world population experience insomnia and it speculated that 1 in 3 adults in the United States reports suffering from various sleeping disorders, so I would recommend this book to the 10% of the world that is currently suffering from insomnia and any individual that has an interest in the medical field that aspire to deal with insomnia patients, and if you feel as though you are currently suffering from insomnia then this book is a definite recommend for you.
I would rate this book a 5 out of 5 rating because of its easy-to-understand manual, diagrams, and practical dialogue it has and due to the fact, that is a book that has many unanswered questions for people who are contemplating the idea if they do or do not suffer from insomnia, well by reading this book you can finally give a rest to assumption and start treatment with certainty.
