It is a manual for preparing delectable meals with fewer ingredients while maintaining a focus on health and conserving a lot of money on groceries. It offers a thorough, step-by-step guide on how to cook with the ingredients you already have. Furthermore, it teaches you how to fill your pantry and refrigerator in an orderly manner so that you can easily get access to any ingredient you want. From the cover to the end of the book, I appreciated the large, bold, and colorful layout. It made reading and following the recipes fun. The bright and colorful letters captivated me to read even further. The recipes were easy to follow because they included a list of ingredients needed before cooking. I liked how creating these meals lets you spend less time in the kitchen. Nobody wants to get home from work or school and have to start cooking a full-course meal from scratch; this rotating meal plan is convenient for your schedule.

I give it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because the layout and arrangement of its contents were easy to follow and read. There were no spelling or grammar errors that I noticed, indicating that the book was professionally edited and well written. As a reader, I found it pleasant and calming because of the font utilized. The pictures were clear however the small text written next them could have been more clearer. The small text next to the pictures did not interfer will my reading. Nothing is complicated and it is easy to find what you're looking for. The book actually serves its purpose.
I recommend this book to people who have very busy schedules due to work, school or anything else. It teaches you how to manage your time in the kitchen by making quick meals while it being healthy and delicious. I also recommend it to chefs and aspiring chefs, as it will help them in learning different techniques and cooking styles using different recipes.
