How do you imagine yourself at the age of 79? William E. Johnson has a wonderful life and is a witness to several world affairs, as is reflected in his writing in Thoughtful Expressions. He is blessed with seventy-plus years and counting while reflecting on his life in regards to morality and lifestyle. Imagine that he can write on over ninety topics, embedded with a bit of memoir.

William is living in Sonora, Mexico, with his wife, Kathy, and dogs. He also never forgets to include a bit of his family's lifestyle, which started with his grandparents on both sides. Their fate lay across the sea from Sweden, Norway, and Denmark to the land of the USA, particularly in South Dakota. He also highlighted his school days, as kids do things like watching TV, playing baseball, or listening to politics on TV. Plus, readers will notice Lucy, the dog, and other animals' ways of life, but the most exciting part is William's reflections about God, which I enjoyed the most.

This book is less than 300 pages with a wide range of topics about life, violence, injustices, racism, pets, marriages, and many more. Each topic is just like a reflection of what he noticed and experienced, particularly on how the White race rules the world. He had thought-provoking reflections on how people use the gifts given by God and how we share them with other living beings. If the role of the soul is to manage God's gift, readers will realize that we have a limited time to explore it in this world.

I learn in this book that the only way to overcome our fear is to always abide in the ways of the light while having faith in God. Thus, projecting happiness is up to you, especially if you know the positive effects of just a little help. In terms of marriage, readers will know the essence of how to celebrate real love.

In terms of politics and war, William has good thoughts about the dominant rule and reign of the Whites over the colored-skinned people. As he recalls, the beautiful United States no longer functions like it did before. What is the real justice system? What is the essence of humanity and harmony left by the founding fathers today? If only people were kind and reflected on this matter, war would not seem necessary. Readers will understand the long-term effects of war as seen in the lives of the veterans.

In conclusion, though the book is professionally edited, I'm rating this book 4 out of 5 stars. I'm deducting a star because of several errors and the fact that the flow of the topic isn't well-organized, though it is well-explained. If the author can regroup or rearrange the topics about war, politics, or religious beliefs, it will make this book easier to understand. Lastly, I recommend this book to those who like a diverse range of topics like those I mentioned above.

He did not want kids? I think it will be so fulfilling if you had people to carry on your blood line and also if you gavebproole the opportunity of experiencing life irrespective of the struggles it come with.

I love it when a book covers a lifetime with many shades and experiences. Seems to be worth a read.
