I liked how the author uses simple language to explain complex concepts about commercial property investment. This allows readers to understand the content without getting bogged down in technical jargon.

There is nothing I disliked about this book. The book is exceptionally well-edited. The author provides practical advice and real-world examples throughout the book to help readers understand the ins and outs of commercial property investment. He emphasizes the significance of due diligence, proper financing, and careful management, as well as tips for avoiding common pitfalls. I also like how this book contains questions and answers that help the reader understand commercial real estate. 

This book gets 5 out of 5 stars from me because it is an easy-to-read and informative guide that covers all aspects of commercial property investment. The author provides readers with actionable tips and strategies for success in commercial property investment. These suggestions are based on the author's extensive industry experience. As a result, I would recommend this book to novice investors, experienced investors, real estate agents, brokers, and anyone else interested in learning about the commercial real estate market and its investment potential.
