Review of Commercial Property Made Easy
I am glad I came across this book. Just like every game, every business and investment, as long as it involves money, has its own rules. It is required that you get accustomed to these rules and play according to them in order to make huge profits. In this book, the author explains these rules as they pertain to investing in commercial property. This book, Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang, will not just be important to investors but also to those who wish to acquire commercial properties in the future. You will be informed about what to look out for. However, to get the most out of this book, it may require that you read it more than once.
This book is simply a condensed version of the author's 45 years of experience in the business of commercial property. Chris's experience was summed up in a nine-step investment formula to empower readers with the necessary knowledge needed for mastering commercial property. This book describes this formula and how to apply it, the benefits of investing in commercial property, the 8 investment objectives, your 12 buying criteria, pre-valuing to avoid sleepless nights, the art of negotiation, and more. To find out more about this book, it is important that you check it out, as it has the capability of helping you become financially stable as an investor in commercial property.
Reading this book, I could sense a passionate author who cares so much about how much of his message is understood and practicable by his readers. The author did not just write; he also included audio material and links that could lead readers to morge sources on the subject under discussion. Sharing his app in this book was also something I really liked. I loved the pictures and the assessment questions contained in this book; they enhanced my understanding of all the things the author was trying to explain in this book.
The first link on page 74 of this book is out of date, and I could not access it. I found three errors that could have been avoided if the editors of this book were a bit more careful. Aside from these, there was absolutely nothing I disliked about this book. I loved the organization of this book and the writing pattern used by the author. The charts, tables, and quizzes featured in this book all added so much to this book to benefit readers.
I do not think the reason above is sufficient to deduct a star from this book. All the time spent on this book has added to my knowledge. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to all those who wish to invest in commercial property.
