Rahul Karan Sharma emphasized how to use the mind to manifest miracles, and he described how powerful the mind is in his book Habits4Miracles: Design Your Life Your Way. Rahul discussed the importance of creating positive habits and highlighted the benefits. He outlined eight amazing tools that would aid individuals in their journey to consistency and positive behavior creation. In some of the tools discussed, Rahul shared with the reader some of the incidents that occurred in his life, which he used as references. Would you love to know the eight tools that could help you create positive behavior? Then acquire a copy of this amazing book.

One of the things that Rahul talked about in one of the eight tools was unleashing our minds' superpower, and he gave an example of how he eventually dropped a bad habit with the use of mind talk. He shared his experience and disclosed how he caved into smoking after his roommate landed a job promoting a newly launched cigarette band and how he quit smoking on the 27th of March 2011, after having a mind talk within himself. This made me confirm that the only limitations we have are those we place on ourselves, and if we choose to discipline ourselves and be in control of our minds, then we would be able to achieve anything.

What I loved most about this book was how the author used call-to-action activities after each chapter to help the reader keep in check and practice behavioral change, which I found very useful. I also loved how he used quotes from some famous people. Likewise, I loved the circle of happiness that he highlighted, which consisted of activities that could be done that would lead us to have a happier life. Also, I loved how the author gave website suggestions that would aid the readers in taking assessments to know their true selves.

I didn't hate or dislike anything about this book, as I loved every chapter that I read. In my reading, I didn't discover any errors, which means that this is an exceptionally well-edited book. Because of these reasons, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to people with bad habits that they would love to change and also to those who would love to unleash the power of their mind, as they would find this book insightful.

The mind is a very powerful place. We humans are not very conversant with the ability if a fully equipped mind and how it could serve us.
