The book starts with a simple and brief explanation of employee psychological health concerning job satisfaction. The author, Dr. Frank L Douglas, introduced the problems arising from Systematic Discrimination and proposed the system of Equity, Inclusion, and Individual Engagement as a means of combating microassault, microinsults, and microinvalidations (all of which are defined in the book) that arise from Systematic Discrimination. He went ahead to give evidence of the advantages of a successful practice of the system to both employees and the organization they work for.

In all fairness, I feel I should confess that I am not a fan of non-fiction. But the title of the book; Addressing Systematic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem, enticed me. Reading its description made me decide to read the book. And I was not disappointed. This is a book that relates to depressed/aggrieved employees who have suffered from Systematic discrimination. And I as an employee could relate personally to the instances given. In fact, one of the instances was so similar that I plan on following the Reframing Problem process. And I think this book will be helpful for business management directors or human resources officers.

Dr. Frank L Douglas did a really good job with the book Addressing Systematic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem . And throughout my reading session, I couldn't find one error in its text or Grammer. It is a flawless work of professionalism.

I rate the book a wholehearted five out of five stars, it is only fair given the content and error-free text of the book. I did not find any erotic references, nor did I find the book religiously biased. Although it did mention the racial reality that people commonly face (which is what the book is about).

I will recommend this book to business owners, business management officers, and human resources officers. I will also recommend it to employees under work-related harassment or stress in general.
