Review of Commercial Property Made Easy
Commercial Property Made Easy, a nonfiction book that describes the steps to take before investing in real estate, offers valuable information. The book's first chapter tells the tale of a married couple named Tobi Johns and Carol. The wife of Tobi Johns, an attorney, trades stocks. The choice to invest in residential properties was made by Tobi and his wife because they wanted to take advantage of the potential profits from this endeavor and since it was the newest thing in the neighborhood. However, they needed more understanding. At the training they attended, they met Frank Tennyson, who has been making some money in this field but more than he would like. Chris is currently teaching a class where Frank and this couple are learning more about the 9-Step Investment Process that everyone considering investing in commercial real estate should be familiar with. Read the self-help book by Chris Lang to find out what these steps are.
As I read this little book of 91 pages, I found myself sometimes nodding in agreement with the author. I appreciate how unique this tale is. Chris Lang wrote from the perspectives of the couples rather than explicitly discussing the lessons. I like that he left out any irrelevant information that would have bored the readers. The book was well-written and engaging. About ten pages into the book, the teachings start. Like that, I enjoyed how fascinating this story was. The author provided several assignments for his readers to do on their own.
I learned from this that a property should always turn a profit while it is being acquired. Before deciding to buy a house, do your due diligence. You make purchases using intelligence rather than emotion, unlike our fictional pair. The author also explains to his audience that buying commercial real estate is a game, although a serious one. As with every game, it also has its own rules, which participants should familiarize themselves with.
I couldn't find anything wrong with this book. Both understanding and readability are strong. Nothing was unnecessarily complicated. The author meticulously detailed each step. Because of this, I rated it 5 out of 5. The writing was great and free of errors. It features faultless editing as a result.
I'll recommend this to anyone considering investing in real estate. Thanks to this, they can make informed decisions. This book is not something I would keep to myself after reading it. I plan to implement everything I learned from this book.
