Talk about living an extraordinary life. Not only for extraordinary people but for people like you and me. Pete Hall in Always Strive to Be a Better You portrays how normal people can exemplify themselves without so much strain or struggle. This he does by sharing interesting stories from different characters who have walked the same path. The book enshrines the success formula used by various individuals.

I liked the emphasis the author puts on the title, which more or less means being a better you is a full-time job with no off days. What is more important is the possibility of everyone living a satisfactory life just by putting the right measures in place. Life's predicaments put people in positions where they feel less important or appreciate their lives less.

Life was meant to be a tremendous trip, but the constant pressure being exerted from all angles can fizzle out any strength a personality may have in fulfilling that statement. The book enlightens a reader tremendously, as it has a lot of wisdom and experience that can go a long way in helping a reader just flip their lives for the better.

I found nothing to dislike, as the book stayed clear of profanities and immorality. The dialogue and the interviews with various individuals keep us, as readers, engaged to the point of actually taking notes, and I liked that about the book.

I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars because it's been exceptionally well done and poses a lot of positive energy that we as readers critically need at the moment. The knowledge herein is ageless. I would recommend the book to young people, as this can help raise more people who are after efficiency in society as a result of maximizing their potential.
