J. Dillon tells us how we can manage our kitchen in very simple way, through her book DillDish Rotating Meal Plan . This book acts as a plan and guide towards saving time, ensuring you avoid food wastage, food shortage and maintaining flavor of the favorite food in the family. Furthermore, it helps reduce strain in the mind due to over thinking when one is planning what to cook on that day or the following day, because almost everything you will require in the kitchen to prepare a certain meal will be there. The only additional you will need are fresh goods, such as vegetables, dairy products like milk and other perishable goods you will not manage to store for long. The author also has included the dishes and types of kitchenware that she requires in her recipe. By reading this book, you might get solution regarding to the errors you have been facing while trying to build a food plan that is working through rotation. Rotating meals weekly makes the taste appear fresh and new; this makes the stable food in the family to be more relied upon without feeling bored of the same type of food.

The author addresses the issue of leftovers in different perspective, according to her some families do like leftovers while others do not; if your family likes leftovers then you can cook more than enough so that you can use in that day and the rest used in the next one or two days. She guides through the book on types of food that are best as leftovers since they can be reheated easily. Addition of fresh ingredients also restores the flavor of the food, which makes it easy to eat same type of meal in two days consecutively.

This book offers a cost-effective management of the kitchen and that is why I admire J. Dillon work. This is because even an average earning family will afford or even become suitable to them; they will only buy what they require and avoid buying unbudgeted goods that they may not use. An individual can use his or her kitchen stock as a reverse shopping list, by checking and listing the items that needs to be added and those that she or may need. The author list Salt, pepper and olive oil as most used items in many recipes and therefore should be present in any kitchen.

I did not find any negative point or errors in the book; it was just amazing going through it. It is an inspiring book that revolves around meals. I recommend it to anyone interested in cocking and to young couples who want to save money for other development, there will be fewer wastes if they apply this knowledge. Anyone can adapt this plan over time, if yours will alter with what is in the book, the author advices that you can add your favorites and remove what you do not like.

DillDish Rotating Meal Plan , was captivating while reading and was properly edited, therefore I rate it 5 out of 5 stars . I appreciate the work of the author; she simplifies kitchen management and uses simple language that is easily understood.
