Recently, in the part of the world where I came from, the trend has been gradually moving away from buying shares after the country went into recession. A lot of people lost their investments as lots of companies went bankrupt. Investing in commercial property seemed to be the new deal as more young people began getting into commercial property. However, a lot of investors were ignorant of the necessary factors required to be successful in the business of commercial property. Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang is a book that reveals how everything works, from the time of buying to the point of selling a commercial property.

Commercial Property Made Easy by Chris Lang is a well-written, 91-page non-fiction book. This book is highly informative and educational. This book teaches us the rules as they relate to investing in commercial property. The book takes us on a journey as some of the author's clients share their insights after attending one of his workshops. Read this book to be part of this journey. The author introduces a nine-step formula that I found absolutely amazing to read about. The last page of this book contains a bonus topic where the author discusses property syndicates and the commercial property cycle. Don't miss out on this book.

I sincerely commend the author for sharing his knowledge and experience through this book to help investors grow. The writing format and narrative used in this book were quite unique. I loved the exercise that Chris used to kick off his workshop on page 15 of this book. It showed that the author was not just a good mentor but also an excellent teacher. I loved the audio material contained in this book. This is the first time I am reading a book that has audio materials, and I must say the experience was amazing.

I found an error in this book. Aside from this, I do not think there was anything I disliked about this book. I loved that the author included links to other external sources where readers could gain more knowledge. I loved the quotes and illustrative pictures featured in this book. The question-and-answer section of this book was intriguing. I really wanted more of this book.

The error I found in this book did not affect my understanding of the author's message. I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to all lovers of nonfiction. Those seeking to invest their money should consider reading this book.
