The Maestro Monologue by Rob White is a self-help book that tries to reprogram the way we view ourselves and the world we live in. The author places a lot of emphasis on our perception of ourselves and how changing this can unlock a whole new world for us. The book is divided into four parts. Within those parts, 29 chapters try to dismantle and rebuild our thinking. The author believes that everyone is a "Maestro" and that we are all full of potential to reach the highest possibilities that are within us.

I found the book to be dynamic. Things like the "I AM" list, No-Gauge, WOE-Gauge, and Ultimate Understanding helped me understand the message of the book much more clearly. We have become so used to our bad habits that they completely take over our lives, and I was able to understand my limitations when it comes to these topics at hand.

I also appreciated the different types of quotes shared in the book. I was even surprised to see a quote from Yoda. I liked the quotes from notable people like Mark Twain and also enjoyed the Bible quotes. I thought that the use of Bible quotes was unconventional for a self-help book, but I didn't feel that they were out of place. The quotes felt seamless and relevant.

There is absolutely nothing I disliked here. I enjoyed the vastness of the book. I enjoyed the knowledge imparted. I have learned quite a few things about myself and how I can better myself. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I highly recommend the book to people who feel like they are self-sabotaging. I think that those who feel that they need a revamp in their lives will enjoy this book, and they will learn a lot from it.
