System disrimination can be described as the neglect or feeling of less importance given to a particular group as part of an organization's structure. It is quite unfortunate that this can be a point of concern in this century, but yes, it is. This raises alarm about our systems efficiency in serving all.

Frank L. Douglas, in trying to raise this pertinent issue in our society, picks a number of case scenarios where people who do not conform to the white skin color happen to be abused or looked down on, and he creates a thesis from which these acts can be analyzed and a solution arrived at.

Unlike other books, Addressing Systemic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem works on available scenarios and hence comes up with a solution that can help a reader see the whole picture and see all exit strategies. The book affirms the statement that there is more than one way to kill a rat.

The book has been exceptionally edited with no errors whatsoever, and the reader is guaranteed a memorable reading experience as the presentation of the points in bullets and the like helps cement the concepts being raised. The presentation of a good number of such cases shows that we need to learn how to embrace each other, and such lessons need to be administered to reach better levels, even as businesses.

I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars since it has no errors and is able to provide solutions to the issues being raised. I therefore found nothing but the discrimination portrayed by white individuals towards people of color to dislike. The book would suit business leaders, as these transgressions may be happening without their knowledge, and hence they would need to be aware and take necessary measures to reverse such scenarios for good.
