Always Strive to Be a Better You by Pete Hall delivers a pure and honest truth within its pages. Addressing four main points labeled as Tenets, the book provides an in-depth analysis of effective methods on development and growth. The book also allows the readers to have a better understanding of, and connection with the material by profiling seven people. These seven subjects profiled in the book are introduced in the first part. The four Tenets addressed in the book are- Know Thyself, Work for Love, Let your Light Shine, and Rule the Day.

One of the main points I love about Always Strive to Be a Better You is the way it brings encouragement and inspiration to whoever reads it. It actually lives up to its name because it makes its readers feel like they can also be better. I also love its honesty and realness. It does not sugarcoat the issues that most individuals are facing. The book is also edited well since I did not notice any grammar and spelling errors while I was reading it. Another thing I love about the book is its whole message. The entire purpose of the book is to provide the readers an opportunity to become better versions of themselves. In connection with this, the book’s message on the importance of knowing who we are as individuals. Through this self-actualization, we can work towards becoming better versions of ourselves. While reading, I also came to love how the whole thing is structured. It makes it easier to follow through the important points indicated in the book.

In all honesty, I do not and did not find any negative aspects of Always Strive to Be a Better You by Pete Hall. As I’ve mentioned, I find this book to be structured and edited well. I love its message and honesty. I do not have any negative thing to comment on.

I would rate this book with a 5 out of 5 stars. It deserves this rating because it is a refreshing read, and it’s quality is reflected in the advices and points given by the author. The book itself is relevant and helpful since it addresses issues that people normally deal with in a day-to-day basis.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading self-improvement/ self-help books. Psychology students and life coaches might also find this book to be helpful. Readers who also enjoy a bit of light reading would also find this book to be an interesting read.
