Motivation, a positive mindset, and clear intentions can pave the way to success and a fulfilling life. For one to succeed they, need to challenge their inner negative monologues and be in the pursuit of happiness. Success is different for everyone, but we can still take the same path. We are made to understand how crucial it is for us to listen to our inner monologues, to understand their root causes in order to be able to thoroughly challenge them. Which will provide an efficient way of discarding negative beliefs and self-doubt. We need to understand who we are to become who we need to be. Challenging oneself is very crucial in achieving goals and finding happiness.

Always Strive to Be a Better You is a self-improvement book by Pete Hall. The book strives to help us become better and more efficient versions of ourselves. The book provides a series of ways to challenge our inner monologues and ways of creating a positive mindset and having an overall positive outlook in life. The book covers a number of ordinary individuals who do extraordinary things and are living blissful lives. This helps us learn from normal people who have found efficient ways of becoming better versions of themselves.

The key aspect I like the most about this book is the simple use of language and flow which made the book very easy to interact with. I also like the structure of the book and how the author included real-life examples to show the reader that is indeed possible to become the best, most efficient version of themselves. I also like the instructiveness of the book which allows the reader to fully grasp what is shared in the book and be able to apply it.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like about this book, it was very motivational, educational, and inspiring. The book is exceptionally edited and thought-provoking, and this is why I rate it five out of five stars.

I recommend this book to people who are interested in changing their perspectives, changing their beliefs, and turning their lives around. People who want to remain focused on achieving their goals, find themselves, and find better ways of existence will find this book very useful. And I also recommend it to anyone who is into nonfiction and self-improvement, and also anyone who is just looking for a good read.
