Review of Commercial Property Made Easy
[Following is a volunteer review of "Commercial Property Made Easy" by Chris Lang.]
Commercial Property Made Easy: The 9-Step Investment Formula by Chris Lang is an amazing nonfiction book that exposes one to the world of real estate investment, how to properly manage commercial properties, and how to make intelligent negotiations. The book narrates the story of a couple (Tobi and Carol). They had made some investments in commercial property with the hopes of making a lot of profit from their investments. However, it did not turn out that way for them because they were ignorant of how the business operated. Fortunately, they met Luke, who informed them about Chris Lang’s workshop, which is centered on teaching and exposing the rudiments of commercial property investment and how to make profits from this business. They also met a successful businessman named Frank Tennyson in the workshop. He also attended to gain the knowledge needed to promote his business. They all bonded and gained a lot from the workshop. The couple finally put to use everything they gained from the workshop, and their business took a great leap. They started making lots of money. Are you interested in commercial property investments? Will you like to learn what Toni, Carol, and Frank learned in the workshop? Read this book to find out.
I enjoyed reading this book for so many reasons. One such reason is that I got to learn a lot of things about real estate investment. I also gained knowledge on how the financial aspect of real estate investment works and what to consider before venturing into the business. I enjoyed the author's style of writing. It was concise and captivating. It was also engaging. There were exercises in the book that piqued my interest and made me relate to the book on a pragmatic level. The author had a good sense of humor as well. This made it easy for me to make sense of the contents of this book. I also admire the use of illustrations and examples, such as practical situations, to demonstrate and communicate his ideas.
This is an informative and educational book. I think of it as an eye-opener. I will like to state that there is nothing I dislike about this book.
I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. This is because of the numerous pieces of information I gathered from it. Another reason for my rating is that I did not notice any typographical errors while reading this book. It was thoroughly proofread and edited.
I recommend this book to people interested in learning about the business of real estate investment. People in search of ideas on how to grow their real estate investments will also benefit from this book.
