Inner Child Healing: Discover Your True Self, Overcome Childhood Trauma, and Deepen Relationships with Self-Love, Chakra Healing, and Twin Flame Connection by author S. M. Weng is a remarkable and comprehensive guidebook that explores the multifaceted aspects of healing, self-discovery, and relationships. With a holistic approach, she delves into the realms of inner child healing, self-love, chakra healing, and the profound connection of twin flame relationships.

The author discusses these wounds that slowly but surely engrave themselves in our subconscious minds. Sometimes we wonder why we always gravitate towards wanting validation from other people, caring too much about what people will say about us—the way we dress, how we speak, our values, and so much more. The reason for all this is explicitly discussed in this book. The author opens up details of her childhood that would significantly traumatize any child her age. That one time she mentioned her experience of her parents abandoning her on a lonely road stuck with me the most. If you need details on how the story ends and if she could find her way home or if they came back to get her, get this book. If you also want to heal your inner child, get a diagnosis of why you act the way you do and learn how to stop those wounds from ruling your life, get this book.

Additionally, the book explores the powerful practice of self-love and its influence on our relationships. S. M. Weng emphasizes the importance of cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with oneself as a prerequisite for nurturing and deepening connections with others. The readers are also encouraged to build healthy habits like setting boundaries for themselves and discovering the many other helpful tips that will be found during the reading.

The inclusion of chakra healing adds another layer of depth to the book. The author explains how imbalances in our energy centers can impact our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The author mentions the various chakra points in the body, so if you are interested in these areas, this book will significantly benefit you. There is also a portion on goal-setting. This book is loaded with positives.

There was nothing disturbing about this book that brought about a negative aspect. The book was excellently edited and carefully delivered its points. If anything, this book must spread like wildfire because so many people carry wounds and hurt others without the faintest idea why they act the way they do. Some, if not all, enhancements people do are tied to these wounds.

Inner Child Healing: Discover Your True Self, Overcome Childhood Trauma, and Deepen Relationships with Self-Love, Chakra Healing, and Twin Flame Connection is an invaluable resource for those seeking healing, self-discovery, and transformative relationships. We all need to take the time to decompress and heal our souls; if not, we'll bleed on the people who didn't cut us. That's why you hear words like daddy issues. I give the book an excellent rating of five out of five stars. Everyone above the age of 16 gets a recommendation for this book. We all have scars, some healed, some not.
