Reconfigurement is a book that brings up essential topics like aging, work joy, planning ahead, and quality of life. Through this book you will be aware of your actual life situation, you will find questions related to your personal financial situation, plans for retirement, work fulfillment, and inheritance, questions that maybe you have never asked yourself or maybe you have already thought about them but not really answered in a conscious way.

The way the author talks about all the topics is understandable for readers that are not specialists in investment concepts, money trading, or managing financial plans. You will find a general idea of the financial, medical and life insurance, and investment tools that you can take into consideration for your retirement plan and options for the ones close to you when you are not anymore in this life.

I liked the way chapters are aligned, firstly talking about work awareness and personal financial situation followed by investment tools and how to have a good idea of the ones that can fit you, and ending with planning the future of your retirement life and heritage.

Is not about formulas or complicated data to analyze, is about the general idea of the topics you need to consider in the aspects of wealth and health in a financial language for your life after your 60s. As time never goes back, the author wants to give you this critical thinking in how are you planning your life, what are your retirement concerns, and what things you need to turn around to manage your future as you want.

I recommend this book to young adults and adults that don't want to lose track of the quality of their future financial situation. It has good edition and spelling, easy-reading chapters, and a clear explanation of the ideas it has to share. I give this book a ranking of 5 out of 5 because it made me aware of the risks and consequences of a lack of a retirement plan, but also gave me a general idea of the tools to manage it. Even the specialized concepts the author explains are easily found when trying to retake them.
