Purpose !

The title is catchy and interesting as it makes you want to read the book anyway with such a great title .

My opinion is this is a fantastic book the subject matter about finding your own needs in life anyone could read this and get useful information.

You can actually improve your own self worth with this book as I have.

It actually helps you improve your own life a subject that everyone wants to do .

It could be money or relationships or business and this book will definitely help you achieve that .

You will definitely see and view life in a different way after reading this I can highly recommend it as I enjoyed reading it. It teaches you that age is not a problem and anyone at any stage in their life can change it for a more positive approach .

I already knew about Mazlow’s theory but this book teaches you how to work your way up that pyramid and find your own self actualization.

Finally it has improved my knowledge and can definitely improve your intelligence how to view and see the world in a different prospective.

It teaches you how we spend too much time on our phones and with technology and we should go back to more simpler learning techniques.

What I like about this book is it gives you certain tasks to complete to find your own self actulization it's very good at focusing on the reader and not the Author .That is what makes this book unique with many books focusing on the Author this actually focuses on you the reader!

If you have the money I would go out and buy it if you want to improve and grow as a individual it is a great read and I have improved my knowledge. You would be investing in yourself with this book !

I would give it a final review of 4 out of 5 as you still do need to buy the book and it might be a bit expensive.
