Niching-Up by Christ Dreyer.
The book has eight chapters that clearly describe how one can successfully start up and efficiently manage a venture. The book has interesting literature with good vocabulary from sports, business, social engineering and medicine. this makes it very attractive for all forms of professionals.

I find that examples given to explain various points are very relevant and bring a real picture of what the author is trying to mean. The examples apply to our current environment, for example in chapter one where the author used "when COVID-9 hit, ships were considered petri dishes of the disease". This is so interesting to me as a healthy worker.

Personally i find that right punctuation marks and grammar used, with a nice flow of content.
I rate the book at 4/5 because its very relevant to all people who may want to use their talents and professional careers to gain wealth and status as mentioned in the book.

The only recommendation i give to make this book, it the author and auditors to add some pictures and graphics to attract the attention of the reader.
