Great book. I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Throughout his book, Dreyer threads his lessons with storytelling, personal experiences, and books, movies, and pop culture references that provide readers with a clear pathway to take action. Niching is a personal choice, one best made after exploring the validity of your chosen niche. Your niche gives you authority as you develop into the “go-to” expert for your type of business. Trust in you, your work, and your expertise allow you to charge higher fees (the prize!), testing the market to know your worth.

Creating and maintaining relationships is important for business success. Dreyer takes this one step further by showing how the compounding effect of these relationships and your shared success. He says “if you give value, other people are more likely to you.” Your reputation is powerful.

Chris Dreyer’s writing style, storytelling, and real-world examples provide everything a business owner needs to think deeply about what niching up means for their business. Exploring the risks and benefits using Dreyer’s outline makes this exploration approachable.
