Snatched Up to Heaven! is a testimony written by Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul when her four and two-year-old daughters, Priyanka, and, Deepika, had a dream of visiting Heaven. Surprised by the relative obscurity of some of the biblical passages that agreed with their testimony she came up with the idea for this book which talks about Heaven and Hell. The kids being very young at that time would not have known every possible detail about The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. The children were able to explain in vivid detail about Heaven, the great golden gate, angels singing, and people all happy just to be in the presence of Jesus. After her first dream, Priyanka prayed again later that night to take her back to heaven.

The children also visited hell in their dream and said that people were suffering. There were punishments and they were shouting apologies for their earthly mistakes.

Through her daughter, Jemmina learns things about Heaven she had overlooked in the Bible. Throughout the book, it is well known that there must have been a divine revelation because there is no possible explanation that the kids would have known such meticulous facts about Heaven. The author is convinced that they ought to be pushed by the Holy Spirit as her daughter was too young to know all about Heaven. The kid’s testimonies have changed the way the family now looks at life. They realized that they have to live their life in eternity and that there is no good in investing their time and money in things that do not matter in eternity.

The writing was so easy to understand. What I like about the book was that every aspect of the dream was given interpretation with reference to verses in the Bible. The author has even given a tabular column that distinguishes heaven from hell as her kids described them to her. She has also attached pictures and drawings by Priyanka and Deepika about heaven and hell. This book could help in the easy understanding of heaven and hell. I recommend this book to all Christians. I rate this book 5 out of 5.
