Remarkable, informative and fascinating!
What an amazing tale! The parallels between what the two girls told their parents and the book of Revelation in the Bible are just too accurate to be dismissed as the "kids' imagination" of the girls. I personally believe that the visions they experienced were real, especially given that neither of the children was at a developmental stage where they could comprehend the depth and complexity of the Bible. which is both amazing and unsettling.
Finally, I discovered a book that explicitly states that celebrating Halloween is not appropriate. We had to say it. It's astonishing that nobody notices the negative vibe that surrounds this overly marketed holiday. Similar to Christmas, there is only positive energy. Think-provoking, doesn't it?
Each story about the kids is accompanied by a verse from the Bible that explains how the parents understood what they had heard from their kids. The children tell us about their journeys to heaven, encounters with Jesus, the laws and rewards of heaven, and their experiences in Hell. The author then interprets the importance of each shared experience and relates it to biblical allusions. Interesting reading and interesting thoughts.
The book also made me realize I shouldn’t give on God no matter the circumstances or obstacles I encounter, because I was already doubting that there’s a God, And the author made me understand that God can communicate to us through different means, through someone or something!
I’m not trying to be all religious, but faith is complete trust or confidence in someone or something; so if you are having doubt in something or someone, don’t ! A day will come when it’ll surely come to pass! I’ll give the book a 5 out of 5 , if there’s a 10 out of 5 I don’t mind!
