This book blew my mind. Bill Murphy has opened my mind in so many ways that I didn’t know it was closed. I was a little skeptical at first since I’m a woman and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get much from him. The way he words things and the way that he can make this book so relatable in so many ways despite how we all go through different things and have our own unique experiences really touched me. He explained things in ways that have finally penetrated my walls and I began to understand what everyone around me has meant. He makes you think with every page and he makes it very easy to understand and get the most. He has examples in here and exercises to help get you started on your own journey of self improvement and finding out how to find your motivation. I’ve already been planning on and working on his exercises and have already been seeing great results! I have been telling everyone around me that they need to check out and read this book! This is a book that I will continue to recommend to my family and friends and already I’m referencing it in my life. The tools he gives you to work on yourself and help get you even the tiniest bit started has me feeling so excited. He is very encouraging in this book and I felt like he did a really great job of addressing how different feelings you will have and that no matter what you’re going through there will always be a way. This book has positively changed my life and is going to keep changing it and my kids and partners’ lives. I feel ready to take the world on and take myself on the journey I didn’t think I could because I didn’t deserve it and couldn’t find any self discipline. Of course things don’t happen over night but he’s sure to make sure you know that and even the little victories and little steps forward are already so rewarding. I recommend this book for anyone who feels like they are struggling on why, or anyone who is already making their changes and is continuing their journey. I also recommend this if you are just bored and want something to read. This is a book where I feel like anyone and everyone can get something positive and learn new things. I whole heartedly give this book a 5 out of 5 star rating and I hope this review finds you and helps you into the final decision of reading this book!
