Over the years, the word 'cancer' has become one of the scariest. There is, therefore, no doubt in anyone's mind that this is a war we must courageously face. Winning the War on Cancer by Sylvie Beljanski covers the nitty-gritty of this fight. It stamps the legacy of the author's father, Mirko Beljanski, who dedicated his life to finding natural cancer treatments.

The book commences by narrating Sylvie's motivations in her quest for a natural cure for cancer. She gives us her background in the field and how her experiences nurtured her passion for natural medicine. It was a challenging journey. Sylvie details her family's tribulations and trials in the fight for space in the cancer treatment sector. His dad, she claims, died while fighting for freedom in the field.

This book's writing was flawless, in my opinion. Perhaps because of this, I was able to stay interested in this novel. The book's excellent explanations of its medical terms were another aspect I appreciated. As a medical student, I was already aware of most of these words, but the book did a fantastic job describing them for the common reader.

I also appreciated that the writer went into great detail regarding the research that went into developing this novel treatment. The book was full of information supported by several types of data. This increased the credibility of the information in the book. In addition, I loved how simply and concisely this book explored some health terms.

I couldn't find any errors in this masterpiece. It was perfectly edited. Because there was nothing to dislike about this book, it is my pleasure to rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to anyone who loves health books. If you are interested in cancer research, this is the book for you. Also, if you're keen on natural remedies and their benefits, you should read this book.
