I haven't read new books in English for a long time and this book draw my interest by the title. I am not disappointed withy decision. It's a chilled yet thrilled book. The writting style is opened and friendly to young adults. Althought this book is looking through a business lense, I still recommend this book if you want to boost your confidence level in any aspect of life such as career and love (if you can relate). In the other word, showing off your strengths while acknowledging your weaknesses and either improve in it to a certain level, which please you.

I love the way author selects examples in the book because they are funny and easy to relate to life and business, such as 'Double-chin'. However, there are some words that is not culture-relevant such as the tiltle 'Niching-up'. It makes sense in English but the stranslation is not available in my own language. It sounds weird when I translated the word directly. However, I get the idea of what that word is about after finishing the book. I would you the metaphor of a dart or spear to describe the word 'niche' in this case. Which mean you have to focus. However, according to this book, this can only happen after "getting your feet dampened", which means experience numberous of fields you find interested in to understand which is your strength and pay more attention to that one or many fields. Aligning with the cutural questions I mentioned above, I gained new vocabularies and my patient level is boosted by reading the book.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 for the author's experience and the honest way he interpreted it. And 4 out of 5 because of his wordy expressions.
