Review of Reconfigurement
In this book the author throws light on retirement and how the retirement’s arena can be made joyous and flexible to achieve by debunking some fallacy and myths produced by society regarding the journey towards retirement and life after retirement. Moreover financial planning is main insight of the author but the thing which I like peculiarly about this planning is that it do not erase one’s passion and happiness in completion and accommodation of financial needs, one can enjoy life before retirement and on a same side can pursue their financial planning. Retirement is not restricted to specific age or time but can be achieved at any level where you have a passion, purpose, happiness and well formulated goal. The financial planning which E. Alan Fleischauer mentions in his book is unbridling all the objective societal barriers towards retirement with the a complete opposite strategy of providing some practical and actionable advice including investment methods, social security planning, career opportunities, IRA and some long term health and care substitutes. Author divided the book into four parts i-e how one can reconfigure their life, finances, retirement income and health ; he also add his personals insights and humor to make the read more interesting and insightful. Reconfigurement is a precise guide for financial planning after retirement, the author advice that one should start planning their finances and retirement from the early age of work because of its long term nature and will result in a more righteous manner. We don’t have to be stressed out about our retirement achievement but if we look in the light of wanting and creating a life we want for the purpose of serving our present and completion of our future goals. The target audience for this book is anyone who want to plan their retirement with the accommodation of their peculiar passion and purpose from life. Moreover the grammar and vocabulary used by the author is clear and easy to understand by comprising of correct punctuation, spelling and syntax.
Overall an engaging and informative read.
What an amazing and practically applicable kind of read.

This book is unique to me. It is one of the very few financial advising authors that talked about retirement. It jolted me to the reality that I won't remain in my prime forever. So I will do my best to apply the suggestions given in this book on how to plan for retirement.
